Propose design / plans of the proposed residential houses and commercial buildings for the allottees who need the same for construction of their houses / buildings.

Construct houses and apartment buildings for sale at very reasonable and affordable price.

Completion of the infrastructural development works of housing scheme including roads, water supply, sewerage, drainage, underground electrification system and piping for natural gas supply through M/s Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd, the best Developers of the country according to the best engineering practices.

Plan and maintain all the infrastructure work including Sewage Treatment Plant, Parks and Horticulture in the most professional manner.

Construct commercial buildings and amenities for the public interface.

Provide pollution free hygienic environments to the residents of the scheme.

Provide best standard hospitals in the scheme for the residents.

Provide space and facilities for best education, health and recreation.

Establish welfare Society for the maintenance and welfare works of the residents of the housing scheme.

Frame Bye-Laws, Rules and regulations and terms and conditions for the Society / Housing scheme.

Help the plot holders in getting bank loans for the construction of their houses.
